The events began in Pensacola, Florida, in 2004. Under the bridge at the entrance to the city are the bodies of a twenty-six-year-old prostitute and drug addict Sarah Kellock. Officer Byron Crawford is convinced that Sarah is just one of a long chain of murders of girls in the district by a local maniac.
